Stoned Fox Part 2

After the test shot of the stoned fox, I've re-done the background properly and produced a new more uniform wallpaper like finish. Using the same wallpaper and gouache over 2 sessions I've ended up with this:

Going to test it a second time with the D7000 and a new camera to test it is the Canon 5D MkII since I'd like to shoot it 1080p @25P.



Some more updates of sketches, here pictured is Stuart Bailey, one of my teachers and Phillippa Griffin, a fellow colleague at SCA. Both inspirations to improve my work.

Also I'd like to announce the winner of my little posting competition is David Lee. I used a random number generator to choose a number between 1 and 4 (Each number representing the posters respectively) Congratulations David Lee! Ha! Rigged son I tell you! Mafia auto-wins also!

When was the last time you saw me post a drawing? Yeah, that's right you can't even recall it.

I got a new little book and a new blue artline. They both fit in my pockets. Will do a lot of sketching.

Saturday Night I went out with Vivian and Ben to see Satoshi Tomiie, Guy J and some other peeps at The Forum, It was quite intense, I've heard progressive minimal house before but never live. It was a good experience :)

And I'm nearly done with my major. Scraps.

Put Your Arms Around Me

There's not often a song really catches my attention that isn't already on my library playlist... that plays on the radio. Now I was driving to my sister's work which is literally a 2-3 minute drive depending on whether or not you get the single set of lights or not, anyway this song comes on and it's like my heart is icecream on a warm summers day... (today was ridiculously cold, ~15'c) and so I sat in the car listening to the sweetness of it.

Broken Fingers

Ahhh some old work to be worked on. I have some older work I would like to finish (Found here) of the Taste Bud Tantilizer crewz. I'm having trouble coming up with something original which makes me not want to draw him. This week is going to be quite jam packed.

Yesterday I made Kim Chi, Banh Bao and this morning I made Gamja jorim (Pictured above, not my photo but it looked exactly the same!) My mum and sister loved it. I'm cooking once again tomorrow and on Tuesday Jocelyn is totes coming over for dinner once again (My family loves it when you come over! ^__^) and then we're off to watch Kickass! (Arielle, fuck what you said about it, the title of the film WILL reflect the movie itself and the rating cause I know that shit)

I have a new look to be posted on LB.nu but I need someone to shoot it (I hate self-timing =.=) Time to get my pose on I guess.

Skulls and Sugar

I'm doing a few drawings like normal and ended up getting this done.

Tracing of a tattoo, I love candy skulls (Day of the Dead skulls), but this along with the 50s hair style. I don't know the original artist but I've retraced it.

I'm currently in love with this tattoo. It reminds me of Corey's tatts but coloured.

Yesterday I also had mad fun with Arielle and the posse. All the following photos are credited to Jonny :)

I want more cold weather! Today was pretty good, then the sun came out and I wanted to shoot myself. I literally put on my scarf, took a step outside my room then BAM the sun peeks out of the clouds and laughs at me.
